Bohemia Overlook was not only a breathtaking venue, but its staff members made our day run smoothly and kept us stress free! Our initial venue contact left shortly after we booked, but we were quickly matched up with Sydney who was a fantastic point of contact and answered all of our questions quickly. On the day of, we were greeted with a goodie bag of coozies and other thoughtful extras that were so nice. Guests have continued to tell us that Bohemia is one of the most beautiful wedding venues they have ever been to, and we feel so lucky to have had our big day here!

We had the perfect wedding on 5/21/21 at Bohemia Overlook! It in an absolute gorgeous venue that all of our guests couldn’t stop complementing and taking pictures of the endless views! Everyone we met at Bohemia was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, including the owner who was so hands-on and communicative. The wedding day went so smoothly and everyone had a blast! Thank you for our magical day that we get to remember forever!!

The venue is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. The property has so many great spots for pictures, plus the property manager was super helpful I making sure we had everything we needed for the day of the wedding! I’d recommend them to anyone looking for an outdoor waterfront venue! It was absolutely perfect.

I couldn't recommend Bohemia enough! I was just married at Bohemia this weekend, in the barn! Everything was absolutely beautiful and everything I dreamed it would be. First, I can't say enough about the staff. We started working with Brittany and then Eileen. They were both very responsive and helped me with everything. They really put my mind at ease and were so flexible with our needs. Our day of venue manager was also fantastic. They drove us around in the golf cart for pictures and even took the extra step of covering me up with blankets since it was so cold! They allowed us to use the wine tasting room to warm up between pictures and to line up for the ceremony. I seriously cannot say enough. The barn had tons of room and a great dance floor for our 86 guests. And the new farm tables were to die for. They added such a special touch to our wedding. I wouldn't change a thing and I will be recommending this venue to so many others. Take advantage of the grooms barracks and farmhouse for getting ready time 🙂 Such a cozy place to relax before the wedding!

Just Beautiful. This venue is an absolute dream. A year before our wedding we pulled up to Bohemia Overlook and before I even got out of the car I thought “This is what I’m talking about!”. We booked The Manor house that same day and couldn’t have been more thankful we did. The staff was easy to work with, and the venue is just so gosh darn beautiful. Also- bonus points for having access to the venue for the whole day. I got to relax with my bridesmaids and get ready there while watching all the vendors arrive and make our wedding day come to life. Thanks Bohemia Overlook- wish I could relive that day a million times over!

Beautiful Venue!! I cannot say enough good things about this stunning venue! My husband and I booked last 6/18 for our 9/19 wedding. We got one of the last available dates for the Manor. Bohemia Overlook was the 4th venue my husband and I visited and from the moment we stepped foot on the grounds, we knew we wanted to be married there. Brittany and Ms. Denise are fabulous to work with! John worked with our florist to hang a floral chandelier, which was one of our favorite details of the wedding. Wow! Unforgettable venue! My husband and I got married at the beach location of Bohemia Overlook in October 2020. The venue was absolutely STUNNING to say the least. Views of the Elk River from every location on the property and the coziest house for our bridal party to get ready in, that truly felt like home. We were given the BEST wedding experience working with Denise from first looking at the property and falling in love until after the wedding when she checked on us to see how our honeymoon was. Very responsive, organized and overall sweetest staff and family to work with. They made ALL of our wedding dreams come true. Denise carefully listened to our wants and needs and allowed us to truly enjoy the entire wedding planning process. We could not be happier we chose Bohemia! Brides and Grooms, RUN, don’t walk with this venue. It’s absolute PERFECTION from the views of the river and pier, to the large white reception tent decorated with a lighted chandelier. Our guests cannot stop raving about how gorgeous the location was, making our day truly unforgettable.

Our experience at Bohemia was nothing short of amazing! My now husband and I got married on Sept 21 at the beach venue (because how can you pass up that view of the water?!). I arrived with my girls at 9am to enter the beach house, which I had the entire day. From the classy nautical decor, comfy atmosphere, and the beautiful view of the entire wedding venue, it was the perfect spot for my bridesmaids and I to get ready. My fiancé stayed in the Barracks house with his guys where they were welcomed with yard games, a ping pong table, and rustic “manly-man” decor. (Better yet, they were all able to shower in their industrial-looking bathrooms after playing yard games!). The ceremony was absolutely perfect, as well as the reception. The venue made for the most breathtaking photos (even our photographer was having fun with the shoot!). The owners of Bohemia even recommended most of our vendors to us, making for smooth, easy wedding planning. From start to finish, our wedding was a DREAM! Thank you Bohemia!!

I knew Bohemia was going to be our venue as soon as we saw it. The beach location had absolutely everything I dreamed of, an outdoor wedding, white tent, water & vinyard backdrop (seriously, who gets BOTH?!), a dock, and a place for me and my girls to get ready. It is such a beautiful place and perfect for our day. The staff was all SO nice, and made the date change (hello, covid) so easy. Not to mention, the wine tasting was such a fun and special experience for us to share with our wedding party while planning. 10/10 recommend Bohemia!

Our daughter’s Tiny Wedding on Halloween 2020 was perfect. Held in the beach tent, we had plenty of room for our 25 guests to safely visit. Denise provided an arch and the bride, groom and friends decorated with fall flowers and gourds just before the ceremony. All vendors provided by Bohemia Overlook were professional and easy to work with. Denise really helped us celebrate a beautiful wedding with less than 3 weeks planning. Two hints: 1. If it’s going to be cold, ask Denise to rent a heater! 2. Buy their wines - they are delicious and were appreciated by our guests! Note: A Tiny Wedding is held in a beautiful riverfront tent that could hold 300 people! Included are hors de oeuvres, cake, bouquet, table setups, soft drinks, DJ, and ceremony area. Twenty- four guests, 2.5 hours - perfect for 💕 in the time of COVID.

Bohemia Overlook was absolutely amazing. The owner, Denise, was very attentive and accommodating to all of our requests. The staff were very helpful the day of the wedding and did everything they could to make it PERFECT. We are still receiving compliments about how beautiful the venue is months after our wedding! I highly recommend Bohemia Overlook!

We rented the barn venue at Bohemia Overlook for our daughter's sweet 16 and it was perfect. The room is beautiful which made decorating easy. The barn is spacious and we had plenty of room for buffet tables, photo booth, and dancing. Having the farm tables and chairs included in the venue package was so convenient. The tables are large and no one felt crowded and everything was set up and ready for us to use when we arrived. The staff was great and offered suggestions for decorating, photos, and a schedule of events. They were readily available the day of the event to help make sure things went smoothly. Ample time is provided for setup and cleanup.

Our daughter’s wedding was amazingly beautiful. The views, the tents, the vineyard, being on the water, and the perfectly manicured grounds all made for a perfect day. And the staff! What can I say about such an awesome staff! They were professional, so very helpful, and went above and beyond to make the day so special. And the bridal party was given a gorgeous beach house for the day to get ready, take pictures, and just relax. Another great bonus was the groom and his groomsmen also had a lovely house to relax, play games, and of course, get ready for the big moment. I couldn’t have imagined it could have been as beautiful as it turn out to be. I can’t recommend Bohemia Overlook enough!

Stunning venue with the most attentive and kind owner and staff! Bohemia Overlook gives you a little taste of everything...water views, winery, beach, rustic barn, historic mansion and elegant tent! You can not go wrong getting married at this one of a kind venue. We had the most amazing experience start to finish! Do not look any further once you have seen this property. Simply phenomenal experience all around.

Could not have asked for a better day! We were married at the Manor venue in September and our guests could not stop raving about the beautiful views. My husband loved the Barracks and I loved having the manor house to get ready in with all my girls. The water views, manor house, fountain, and elegant tent made our wedding truly unique. We also loved being able to go into the vineyard and get photos. Bohemia's staff is responsive, helpful and wonderful to work with. We were so happy to have found Bohemia Overlook and couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue or day!

We absolutely loved using Bohemia Overlook as our ceremony and reception venue! We used the Beach Venue because how can you beat a beach, vineyard and a beautiful white tent with twinkle lights all in one place?! The girls and I arrived a little before 8 am on site where the chairs for the receptions and ceremony were ready to be placed. They even had an arbor you can use as well as some grass games for your guests to play during cocktail hour (corn hole etc.). My husband and I were able to go in the vineyard and out on the pier for some of the most beautiful photos! The house on the property has everything you need to get ready in and is a great place to hang out. The team at Bohemia is very accommodating and friendly, I would recommend this venue in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a picturesque wedding!

My husband and I got married here on November 2nd and we can't say enough good things about this venue and the team that helps out! We LOVED working with Mrs. Denise, Eileen Keegan and Roy. They made our experience so enjoyable and made sure that we were well taken care of throughout the planning process as well as on the day of the wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning. We chose to get married in the barn because it fits our style and the photos from both ceremony and reception are incredible. They also have a charming little house for the ladies to get ready in during the day, and "The Barracks" for the gentlemen to hang out, play games, and get ready as well. Both houses were amazing, but the Barracks was really enjoyed by my husband and the men in the bridal party! If you're looking for a venue that is reasonably priced, BEAUTIFUL, and has great staff to help make your wedding day special - look no further!
