Most of our private events include a three-hour time slot for your event. Our unique approach ensures you have ample time to set up your party, meeting, or event. We’ll give you complete access to your chosen venue an hour before your event’s starting time.

Additionally, you’ll have an hour after your event to pack up, remove food, and perform any other post-event tasks. We provide ample accessories and spaces to help you run a seamless private event at Bohemia Overlook.

Our Venues

At Bohemia Overlook, we have three distinct venue options for private events held at our property. The most popular private event venue is “The Barn.” This unique rustic barn can host up to 80 people in a formal setting. It’s an excellent spot to host friends and family for important celebrations.

Additionally, we have a tented Beach venue that lets visitors take advantage of excellent weather. If you want to host an outdoor event, this is an obvious choice.

Lastly, the Manor is also a tented event venue along with the Beach that is used for hosting private events in an intimate setting.

In addition to our beautiful venues and views, our property also contains numerous excellent locations for photos. Whether you’re seeking a large group photo of your extended family or an intimate waterside photo of your closest friends, there are plenty of places to capture lasting memories at Bohemia Overlook.
