The Grand Manor House
Spend the day getting ready with your bridal party at The Grand Manor House.
The mansion is the perfect space for brunch and mimosas, relaxing and having hair and make-up done with your bridal party. The Grand Manor House is a charmingly appointed 1930’s mansion featuring four bedrooms with soft palettes and vintage décor. Savor every moment of your wedding day without the hectic running from place to place.

The Ceremony
Have your ceremony overlooking the majestic Elk River or on the romantic Manor House lawn.
We will provide:
- Custom built white wood ceremony arbor
- Up to 300 padded white folding chairs, arranged by your preference
The Reception
Our reception tent sits on a mahogany stained, concrete pad, complete with garden string lighting, a crystal chandelier, and white organza tent liner. Our tent is meticulously maintained throughout the seasons.
Steps away, we have luxury, climate-controlled restroom trailers featuring hardwood floors and granite counter tops for you and your guests.
Outdoor games are available for you and your guests to play during the reception!
We will provide:
- 72-inch round guest tables
- Chivari chairs
- 6-foot rectangular tables
- Fans
- Adjustable height cocktail tables
- Custom built bar(s)

We do not require a wedding coordinator, but we highly encourage one as our venue is a distinct space. Our goal is for you to have your dream wedding day worry free!
There is a venue manager onsite the entire day of your event for emergencies, venue logistics, and transportation within the property.
Additional Information
The Manor venue does not include catering. However, we have a vetted list of approved caterers that you will choose from. These caterers know the ins and outs of our unique venue and have executed numerous events flawlessly.
Our Barn venue is the perfect space to host your rehearsal dinner. Ask our team about pricing and availability.
