The Manor House

The Manor House is the perfect place to spend the morning of your wedding day. It is the ideal space for brunch and mimosas, relaxing and having hair and make-up done with your bridal party. This beautiful 1930s mansion gives you the space to slow down and enjoy every moment leading up to “I do.”

The Ceremony

Choose from three beautiful ceremony locations, each with its own unique backdrop. Say your vows at The Bluff, overlooking the Elk River; have a Grand Entrance as you make a dramatic entrance from the Manor House, with the ceremony positioned facing the water so you can say “I do” with the river and surrounding trees as your backdrop; or exchange vows on The Manor Porch, with the Manor House behind you.

We will provide:

  • Custom built white wood ceremony arbor
  • Up to 250 padded white folding chairs, arranged by your preference

Cocktail Hour

Celebrate cocktail hour around our beautiful paved fountain and reflection pool, where guests can mingle, enjoy delicious food and drinks, and take in the beautiful surroundings before the reception begins. Surrounded by lush landscaping and breathtaking views of the water, this inviting space offers the perfect setting to relax, connect with loved ones, and soak in the excitement of the day. As the afternoon transitions into evening, guests can gather together before making their way to the reception for an unforgettable celebration.

The Reception

Our reception tent is set on a concrete pad and features string lights, a crystal chandelier, and an elegant drapery ceiling for a warm and elevated feel.
Just steps away, our climate-controlled black tie restroom trailers provide comfort and convenience for you and your guests.

The surrounding grounds offer plenty of room for guests to socialize, relax, and enjoy the picturesque views.

We will provide:

  • 72-inch round guest tables
  • 6-foot rectangular tables
  • Height cocktail tables
  • Chivari chairs
  • Fans
  • Custom built bar(s)

Additional Information

The Manor venue does not include catering. However, we have a vetted list of approved caterers that you will choose from. These caterers know the ins and outs of our unique venue and have executed numerous events flawlessly. A professional Day-Of Coordinator is required to ensure your wedding day runs seamlessly.
