The Beach Cottage
The Beach Cottage is yours to enjoy for the morning on your special day. It is a Nantucket style house with two full bathrooms and a wraparound porch, perfect for relaxing. The vaulted ceilings, cedar interior, and waterfront views make it the perfect setting for photographs.
Add on The Barracks for your partner at an additional cost.
The Ceremony
Our waterfront ceremony setting offers a peaceful, romantic atmosphere surrounded by sweeping water views, lush greenery, and the natural beauty of the property. Exchange vows with the river stretching behind you, creating an unforgettable setting for your ceremony and beautiful photographs you’ll cherish for years to come.

- Up to 250 padded white folding chairs, arranged by your preference

Cocktail Hour
Enjoy cocktail hour overlooking the Elk River. Guests can mingle along the waterfront, enjoy refreshing drinks and passed hors d’oeuvres, and take in the peaceful beauty of the surrounding landscape. With the vineyard as your backdrop, cocktail hour offers the perfect blend of waterfront charm and vineyard elegance, creating a beautiful transition from your ceremony to an unforgettable evening of celebration.
The Reception
Our reception tent sits on a stamped concrete pad. The tent itself has white canvas ceiling, with windowed sides able to be drawn closed in the event of inclement weather. Inside features fans, string lights, and a crystal chandelier. Just steps away is our climate-controlled black-tie restroom trailer, which ensures comfort and convenience for you and your guests throughout the day.

- Large custom cabinet bar and unique barrel bar

Additional Information
The Beach venue does not include catering. However, we have a vetted list of approved caterers that you will choose from. These caterers know the ins and outs of our unique venue and have executed numerous events flawlessly. A professional Day-Of Coordinator is required to ensure your wedding day runs seamlessly.
